Sheila McGee-Smith, the founder and principal analyst at McGee-Smith Analytics, is a leading communications industry analyst and strategic consultant with a proven track record in new product development, competitive assessment, market research, and sales strategies for customer care solutions and services. Her insight helps enterprises and solution providers develop strategies to meet the escalating demands of today’s consumer and business customers.
Sheila has spent over 35 years in the communications industry, since 1990 as a contact centre industry analyst. Earlier in her career, she held sales management, market research and product management positions at AT&T, Timeplex, and Dun & Bradstreet. Sheila holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from Barnard College, Columbia University and an MBA in Marketing and MIS from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Elizabeth Magill is the Sr. Director of Product Marketing at Cyara, where she leads go-to-market strategy and execution, including positioning and content development, for Cyara's suite of CX Assurance solutions. Prior to Cyara, Elizabeth managed a cross-disciplinary team of marketers focused on IBM's Customer Experience Analytics solutions. Elizabeth brings over 15 years of experience in product marketing for leading software companies in the customer experience space, including DemandTec, Coremetrics, Aspect Software, and eGain. Elizabeth holds a BA from UC Santa Barbara, and an MA from Georgetown University.
